Senior Project Architect/Project Manager
Key Responsibilities
Project leadership including client liaison, mentoring and leadership of design and technical staff.
Assisting with business development initiatives and proposals
Development and monitoring of schedules and budgets to ensure profitable completion of projects.
Ensuring projects are completed with high levels of design and technical competency.
Performing role of supervising architects including review of Building Code requirements.
Embracing and promoting our key corporate values of client focus, respect, teamwork, empowerment, environmental and social sustainability.
Qualifications 5-10 years post qualification experience in Canada.
A hands-on designer with effective leadership skills and sound technical knowledge.
Experience in the design of recreational facilities is an asset.
Proficiency in Revit, ACAD and various rendering programs.
Registration with AIBC or other Canadian Architectural Association
Leed accreditation is an asset.
Good communicator, able to clearly and confidently present to clients, authorities and the public at open houses.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to assess and prioritize tasks and work under tight deadlines.
